This intricately embellished 1960's maple coloured silk jersey blouse, embellished with bronze sequins, faceted brown and clear glass beads and bronze coloured glass beads is the perfect piece to layer with. Originally a blouson blouse that was worn above a 1960's dress.
The rounded neckline of the blouse is framed by a simple shoulder line. The 3/4 length inset sleeves are edged with beaded and sequinned accented cuffs, finished with droplet beadwork. The elegant wide cut of the blouse showcases a repeat beaded and sequinned pattern with droplet features, surrounded by scattered booze coloured rounded beads. The hemline of the blouse is finished with a wide ornate beaded border and faceted glass bead droplets.

Condition: This blouse is in near perfect vintage condition, Gentle and minor bead loss. A few of the droplets along the sleeve cuffs and hemline have disappeared through time . These minor losses are not apparent when the blouse is being worn and only noticeable upon closer inspection. Please refer to the photographs, as they form part of the condition report.
Washing instructions: This garment should be dry cleaned or hand washed in cool water.
