The moulded wire crown base is covered in black velvet with a decorative tier attached in a scalloped design. This beautiful hat is decorated with gold bow sequins and finished with a wired stylised black bow to the back.
This hat has two inbuilt small hair combs to each side, but we do recommend the use of hair pins for added stability when wearing this hat.
